Administrative liability of entities in accordance to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001
The Firm provides legal assistance to legal persons in the event of liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 for the disputes referred to in articles 24 and following, Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
The study also provides assistance to companies in relation to the fulfilments envisaged by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 both in relation to the adoption of the Organization and Management Model and with reference to the establishment and implementation of the Supervisory Board.
The professionals of the Firm are permanently included in the Supervisory Board of national and multinational companies also listed.
