The Firm deals with corporate criminal law and economic criminal law and, in particular, corporate criminal law, bankruptcy criminal law, tax criminal law, environmental criminal law and professional liability; a section of the Firm is dedicated to civil law and in particular to corporate law.
The Firm provides assistance to companies in relation to the obligations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 - Administrative liability of legal persons for criminal acts - both in relation to the adoption of the Organization and Management Model and with reference to the establishment and implementation of the Supervisory Body.
The Firm assists leading companies at national and international level and collaborates with leading legal, tax and commercial firms throughout the national and European territory.
The Firm has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification since 2016.
