Founded in 1999 by the lawyer Luca Mazzanti, the Firm operates mainly in Italy and deals with economic criminal law and, in particular, corporate criminal law, bankruptcy criminal law, tax criminal law, environmental criminal law and professional liability.
The Firm provides assistance to companies in relation to the obligations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 - Administrative liability of legal persons for criminal acts - both in relation to the adoption of the Organization and Management Model and with reference to the establishment and implementation of the Supervisory Body.
A section of the Firm is also dedicated to the civil field, with particular reference to industrial law, corporate law, banking law and contracts.
The Firm, which operates under the supervision of the lawyer Luca Mazzanti, has assisted, and assists, leading companies at a national and international level.
